I wish there was an option of ZERO stars! Absolutely pathetic service! I paid for a product on May 17, there is no delivery yet, today is June 9 and despite repeated follow ups on WhatsApp, email and phone there is no response. I am reporting you guys to the RazorPay fraud dispute team now to claim my refund back!
Horrible experience. It's been 1 week since order forget delivery even the tracking ID has not been provided yet. No one picks up the call, No one respond to the mail. No clear response is provided in what's app chat. Pathetic service.
Update : After some follow ups, product was finally delievered. Loved the overall packaging and presentation. Changed the rating.
Hope they streamline and improve the overall delievery process and customer support.
I have ordered Wine Hamper..But no order details. No response from Anybody.The Landline given is wrong. The Wassup no doesnt respond. Any help is appreciated.
